MultiObs (Multi-Observatory of Science, Technology and Innovation Dynamics) is a research project funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP, process n. 2025/05419-7) and hosted at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. This privacy policy applies to data collected through the multiobs.org website.
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit the collaboration interest form available on this website. The data collected may include your name, institutional affiliation, email address, research interests, and any other information you choose to provide in the form.
We do not collect data through cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools.
Data submitted through the collaboration form is used solely to evaluate requests for collaboration or access to the MultiObs research infrastructure. Your information will be reviewed by members of the MultiObs research team and will not be shared with third parties outside the project.
Form submissions are stored in Google Forms and Google Drive, operated by Google LLC, under Google's privacy and data processing terms. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com.
In accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — LGPD, Law n. 13.709/2018), we process your personal data based on your consent, given at the time of form submission, and on our legitimate interest in conducting scientific research.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to evaluate your collaboration request or for the duration of the MultiObs project, whichever comes first. Data is deleted upon request.
