Managing data infrastructures presents the challenge of maintaining specific equipment and personnel that consume a large share of a project's resources. This work aims to organise all research lines and tasks involved in the project's thematic branches as services hosted on cloud computing providers.
Database management — updates, maintenance of stable copies of datasets — must be carried out transparently in relation to researcher users, as outlined in the data management plan. The work will also include technical documentation and support for platform training sessions.
With data accessed by multiple parts of the project (different researchers and fellows), the candidate selected for this FAPESP Technical Training Level 5 (TT-V) Fellowship should work to integrate the diverse needs of the project.
